Saturday, August 29, 2026 on Ski Run Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe.

Why should I be a vendor at Tahoe Brewfest?
Tahoe Brewfest is one of the largest summer events in South Lake Tahoe, attracting more than 2,500 attendees. As a vendor, you’ll have direct access to a wide and diverse audience, promotional visibility through our website and program, and the opportunity to support the Boys & Girls Club of Lake Tahoe.

How do I apply?
Vendor applications will be available online through tahoebrewfst.com on February 2, 2026. 

What permits are required?

  • All vendors must hold a current City of South Lake Tahoe business license and a California seller’s permit.

  • Food vendors must also have an El Dorado County Health Department permit.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own sales transactions and for reporting any required taxes.

How will I know if I’ve been accepted?
We’ll notify you by email with your acceptance confirmation and payment instructions. Please make sure your contact information is accurate to avoid missing updates.

What’s included with my booth fee?

  • Booth space ($250 for a 10’x10’ or $500 for a 10’x20’)

  • Listing on the Tahoe Brewfest website and event program

  • Media Kit to promote the event
  • Festival maps and vendor packet with all logistics details

Vendors provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and full booth setup.

When will I get load-in information?
A digital vendor packet will be sent to all accepted vendors in early August. The packet will include load-in and load-out instructions, maps, parking details, and the event schedule.

What are the vending hours?
All vendors are required to be open and operating for the full duration of the Tahoe Brewfest from 11am-5pm on Saturday, August 29, 2026. Early breakdown is not permitted.

We partner with a variety of food vendors and trucks to keep you fueled while you sample your way through Brewfest. Whether you’re looking for classic festival eats or something fresh and unexpected, you’ll find plenty of options throughout the grounds.

2025 Merch Vendors

You’ll find creative and locally made goods throughout the event. From custom apparel and handmade jewelry to outdoor gear, artwork, and Tahoe-inspired gifts, our merch vendors offer something for everyone.
