In this week’s feature, we’ll be focused on the most obvious reason to visit Lake Tahoe, the beaches!

The Beaches
A day at the beach is the perfect way to prepare for or recover from all the fun you’ll have at the Tahoe Brewfest.

There are over 40 beaches to enjoy along the iconic shoreline of Lake Tahoe. From sandy beaches to rugged granite boulders and cliffs, there are dozens of excellent options for swimming, BBQs, picnics and lounging in the Sierra sun.

As you narrow your sights on the perfect beach for you and your crew,  all the information you need about frequented hot spots and the lesser-known beaches can be found here thanks to our friends at the Tahoe Fund

This valuable Lake Tahoe resource provides information about how to get to each beach, where to park, hours of operation and what amenities and services you can expect.

It can also give you some tips for helping to take care of Lake Tahoe while you visit and explore.

Apres Beach
After a day at the beach along the beautiful shores of Lake Tahoe, you’ll need some refreshments and tasty treats to refuel.

Pair that with some live music and you’ve got the recipe for a perfect summer day.
